What Are the Return Terms?

Products must be unused and resaleable, in their original box and packaging.

Submit your return request within the legal period together with the e-archive invoice copy and a return form. If you notice damage on delivery, do not accept the parcel and have a report drawn up.

Custom-made or made-to-measure carpets and home textiles, and products requiring hygiene, cannot be returned. Returns of clothing and home textiles require unopened packaging.
